随着我国经济社会的高速发展,作为国家重要的基础组成部分的建筑工程得到了飞速的发展,越来越多的高层建筑不断的出现在我们的城市里。随着人们对于工作生活质量的要求日益提高,对高层建筑配套设施要求越来越严格,高层建筑的通风空调因其满足人们舒适生活工作的需求逐渐被重视。高层建筑的通风空调受到建筑物特性以及通风空调工程施工技术、通风空调系统等要求,其工程施工难度较高。为此,我们必须做好通风空调工程的施工质量,确保通风空调工程达到质量要求。因此,本文将结合笔者多年的通风空调工程施工实践经验,就通风空调工程设计阶段以及施工阶段中常见问题展开论述,并对此提出相应的对策,旨在更好提高通风空调工程施工质量,促进我国通风空调工程施工技术的提升。
With the rapid economic and social development in our country, construction projects that are an important basic component of the country have seen rapid development. More and more high-rise buildings are constantly appearing in our cities. With the increasing demand for the quality of work life and the increasingly stringent requirements on the supporting facilities of high-rise buildings, the ventilation and air-conditioning system for high-rise buildings is gradually being taken seriously because of the demand for satisfying people’s comfortable living and working. Ventilation and air conditioning in high-rise buildings are subject to the characteristics of buildings as well as ventilation and air-conditioning engineering construction technology, ventilation and air-conditioning systems and other requirements, and their engineering construction is more difficult. To this end, we must do a good job ventilation and air conditioning construction quality, to ensure that ventilation and air conditioning project to achieve quality requirements. Therefore, this article will be combined with my years of practical experience in the construction of ventilation and air conditioning engineering, ventilation and air conditioning engineering design phase and the construction phase of the common problems are discussed and the corresponding countermeasures proposed to improve the ventilation and air conditioning construction quality and promote China ventilation and air conditioning engineering construction technology upgrade.
