上海市多媒体公共服务平台,为尚处于发展阶段的影视后期、三维动画领域注入一记强心针,对行业提供从人才到设备的全面支持。上海市多媒体公共服务平台(以下简称“多媒体平台”)是由上海市科委和长宁区政府于2004年共同出资组建的,于2005年1月1日开始正式对外提供服务。多媒体平台是为服务上海市数字媒体产业的发展而建设的公共服务支撑平台,同时也是上海研发公共服务平台多媒体领域的专业服务机构。多媒体平台还是国家级数字媒体技术产业化(上海)基地的重要组成部分。
Shanghai’s multimedia public service platform is a stage of 3D film animation that injects a solidarity into the still-developing stage of film and television and provides full support to the industry from talent to equipment. Shanghai Multimedia Public Service Platform (hereinafter referred to as “Multimedia Platform”) was jointly funded by the Shanghai Science and Technology Commission and the Changning District Government in 2004 and officially started providing services on January 1, 2005. Multimedia platform is a public service support platform for serving the development of digital media industry in Shanghai. It is also a professional service agency in the field of multimedia in Shanghai R & D public service platform. The multimedia platform is also an important part of the national digital media technology industrialization (Shanghai) base.
