采用二步法,以旋光性联萘二酚(BINOL)、甲苯-2,4-二异氰酸酯(TDI)及聚乙二醇(PEG)为主要原料,合成了新型的含联萘基团和PEG柔性链段的旋光性聚(氨酯-聚乙二醇)(BPU-PEG)。应用红外光谱(IR)、圆二色谱(CD)、热重分析(TGA)及示差扫描量热法(DSC)对BPU-PEG的结构和性能进行了表征。预聚时间为5h,反应温度为100℃,采用“先加BINOL、后加PEG”加料方式,(R)BPU-PEG与(S)BPU-PEG的旋光度最大值分别为+20°、-15.2°;热分解温度分别为247.8℃、246.1℃;玻璃化转变温度分别为282.9℃、285.5℃;二者的圆二色谱图呈现较好的镜像对称性。研究结果表明BPU-PEG具有较高的旋光能力、良好的热稳定性。
A novel two-step method was proposed to synthesize novel binaphthyl groups and PEG with binaphthyl groups and diphenyl naphthalene (TDOL) and polyethylene glycol (PEG) Optically active poly (urethane-polyethylene glycol) (BPU-PEG) of flexible segments. The structure and properties of BPU-PEG were characterized by IR, CD, TGA and DSC. The maximum optical rotation of (R) BPU-PEG and (S) BPU-PEG was + 20 ° for the prepolymerization time of 5h and the reaction temperature of 100 ℃. , -15.2 ° respectively. The thermal decomposition temperatures were 247.8 ℃ and 246.1 ℃, respectively. The glass transition temperatures were 282.9 ℃ and 285.5 ℃ respectively. The circular dichroism spectra showed a good mirror symmetry. The results show that BPU-PEG has high optical activity and good thermal stability.
