该仪器利用氧化锆固体电解质在高温下导氧离子的特性,依据氧浓差电势的实际刻度方程,分析氮中微量氧的含量,从而达到分析氮的纯度的目的。仪器的转换器部分采用新颖的单片机线路结构和PID调节的温度控制方法。
The instrument utilizes the characteristics of oxygen-conducting ions of zirconia solid electrolyte at high temperature and analyzes the content of trace oxygen in nitrogen according to the actual scale equation of oxygen concentration potential so as to achieve the purpose of analyzing the purity of nitrogen. Instrument part of the converter using a novel microcontroller circuit structure and PID temperature control method.
