1954年出生的方宏一,是国家广电总局网络信息中心网络工程部主任。这位少年时代即立下“改造中国与世界”鸿鹄之志的“剑客”,完全有理由骄傲:1998年5月提出“肢解中国电信,扶持中国联通,组建以有线电视网为基础的高速宽带因特网”三大建议,1999年2月11日、14日国务院两次办公会议正式启动中国信息产业的改革,三大建议从而成为中国新的信息产业政策革命的核心基石。
Fang Hongyi was born in 1954, is the State Administration of Radio Network Information Network Engineering Director. The boyhood establishment of a “swordsman,” the ambition of “transforming China and the world,” has every reason to be proud. In May 1998, he proposed “dismembering China Telecom, supporting China Unicom and establishing a high-speed broadband network based on the cable television network Internet ”Three Proposals, February 11 and 14, 1999 Two meetings of the State Council formally launched the reform of China’s information industry. The three major proposals have thus become the core cornerstone of the new information industry policy revolution in China.
