“在市场经济条件下,企业宣传思想工作只能加强,不能削弱,关键是要改革创新,以便更好地服从、服务于生产经营这个中心。”这是湖北大冶钢厂党委一班人在实践中形成的共识。已过不惑之年的宣传部长余新华对党的宣传工作一往情深。如今,企业进市场,宣传工作要改革,他感到责任重大。他请回了冶钢的历任宣传部长献计献策;组织全厂的宣传干部领会党委意图,讨论改革方案。他们认为:要使企业离不开宣传工作,就要找到别人不可替代点。这就是要贴近生产经营的实际,争取宣传思想工作在企业发挥出应有的作用,提高自身素质。为此,他们使出了三招:
