目的:提高临床对鼻腔嗅神经母细胞瘤的认识及治疗效果。方法:对1996年—2003年间收治的8例经病理证实为鼻腔嗅神经母细胞瘤的患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析。根据Kadish分期:A期1例,B期3例,C期4例。5例行手术加放疗综合治疗,2例行单纯放疗,1例放弃治疗。结果:1例尚在治疗中,未行治疗者6个月后死亡,3例患者治疗后分别于9个月至1.5 a死于局部复发,1例生存3 a后失访,2例随访2 a目前仍存活。结论:该病易复发且易向颅内转移,晚期患者预后差,死亡率高,早期进行根治性手术并辅助放疗是治疗鼻腔嗅神经母细胞瘤的有效治疗手段。 Objective: To improve the clinical understanding of nasal olfactory neuroblastoma and treatment effect. Methods: The clinical data of 8 patients with pathologically confirmed nasal olfactory neuroblastoma who were treated between 1996 and 2003 were analyzed retrospectively. According to the Kadish staging: A in 1 case, B in 3 cases, C in 4 cases. Five patients underwent combined operation and radiotherapy, two received radiotherapy alone and one gave up treatment. Results: One patient was still under treatment and died after 6 months. Three patients died of local recurrence from 9 months to 1.5 years after treatment. One patient was lost after 3 years of survival and 2 patients were followed up 2 a is still alive Conclusion: The disease is easy to recurrence and easy to intracranial metastasis, the prognosis of advanced patients with poor prognosis, high mortality, early radical surgery and adjuvant radiotherapy is an effective treatment of nasal olfactory neuroblastoma.
