本文提出了一种内燃机轴系扭振实验装置。该装置可模拟分析实际轴系的扭振特性,检验各类扭振减振器的使用性能,也为各种扭振研究工作提供了较完善的实验手段。本文论述了该装置的设计原理和研制过程以及它与国际上其它同类设备的比较,并介绍了对实际发动机的模拟研究和减振器性能的实验。
In this paper, a torsional vibration experimental device of internal combustion engine shaft is proposed. The device can simulate and analyze the torsional vibration characteristics of the actual shaft system, test the performance of various types of torsional vibration damper, and also provide more perfect experimental means for various torsional vibration research work. This article discusses the design principle and development process of the device and its comparison with other similar equipment in the world. The simulation of the actual engine and the experiment of shock absorber performance are also introduced.
