随着经济体制改革的不断深入,汽车客运企业必须更新观念,尽快实行岗位技能效益工资制,使分配制度向苦、累、脏、险、技术复杂等岗位倾斜,向一线职工和技术人员倾斜。笔者认为当前汽车客运企业可采用以下分配形式: 1、驾驶员的分配形式:(1)工资与营运里程挂钩。根据企业的实际,制定营运总里程,按营运线路等级、车型、车辆技术等级的不同,分类制订里程定额基数,完成定额拿基本工资,超、欠定额按比例增减基本工资。(2)行车津贴与营收挂钩。根据企业自定的计划津贴总额及各种车型、车辆技术等级的营收定额,确定出完成营收定额的津贴比例,超、欠营收定额按同等比例增减。(3)奖金与利润挂钩。月度利润计划,按车型、车辆技术等级的不同
