液力变矩器工作轮叶片进、出口角度,尤其是出口角,对特性有很大的影响。因此,在生产实践中,如何检查叶片的实际角度与设计值之间的误差,是十分重要的问题。此外,为了对一个已有的变矩器进行理论上的分析研究,仅仅根据测绘的图纸和试验特性是不够的,必须确定各工作轮叶片的角度,而这些角度参数往往没有现成的数据。总之,测量和确定一个变矩器各工作轮的叶片角度,是生产和科学试验实践中经常碰到的一个实际问题。
