用HPLC色谱法 ,以甲醇 水 (6 2∶7 0 )为流动相 ,2 95nm为检测波长 ,对益肾壮骨合剂中补骨脂素和异补骨素的含量进行了测定。它们的平均回收率分别为 99 49% ,99 46 % ;RSD分别为 2 16 % ,2 0 5 %。该方法灵敏重现性好 ,可作为此制剂质量标准的控制方法。 The contents of psoralen and isoporin in Yishen Zhuanggu mixture were determined by HPLC with methanol water (62:70) as the mobile phase and 295 nm as the detection wavelength. Their average recoveries were 99 49% and 99 46%, respectively; RSD were 216% and 20.5%, respectively. The method has good sensitivity and reproducibility and can be used as a control method for the quality standard of this preparation.
