[目的]通过对安顺市部分种植蔬菜中铅(Pb)含量的检测,了解当地种植蔬菜中Pb的污染状况。[方法]采集该市城郊区域叶类、芸薹类、鳞茎类、瓜茄类、块根茎、豆类27个蔬菜品种共417份种植蔬菜样本,同时采集当地灌溉水及土壤样本;分别采用石墨炉原子吸收分光光度法检测样本中Pb的含量。[结果]蔬菜中Pb平均含量为(0.122±0.062)mg/kg,以鳞茎类和叶类蔬菜超标率最高,分别为6.10%和4.70%,其余种类蔬菜超标率均较低;超标蔬菜主要集中在城郊公路沿线附近;27个蔬菜品种中Pb污染等级菠菜、韭菜、芹菜、大蒜苗、茄子及红萝卜为轻度污染,其余均为优良。[结论]安顺市城郊区域种植蔬菜中部分品种存在轻度的Pb污染,公路附近种植蔬菜污染更明显。
[Objective] The research aimed to understand the pollution status of Pb in locally grown vegetables by detecting the content of Pb in some vegetables grown in Anshun City. [Method] A total of 417 vegetable samples from 27 vegetable cultivars such as leaves, ramie, bulbs, melons, tubers and legumes were collected in the suburbs of the city. Meanwhile, local irrigation water and soil samples were collected. Determination of Pb in Sample by Furnace Atomic Absorption Spectrophotometry. [Result] The average content of Pb in vegetables was (0.122 ± 0.062) mg / kg, with the highest over standard rate of bulbs and leafy vegetables, which were 6.10% and 4.70%, respectively. The over standard rates of other vegetables were lower. In the suburbs along the road near; Pb pollution levels of 27 varieties of vegetables spinach, leeks, celery, garlic, eggplant and carrot mild pollution, the rest are excellent. [Conclusion] There was mild Pb pollution in some cultivated vegetables in the suburb of Anshun City, and the pollution of vegetables planted near the highway was more obvious.
