“一年一场风,从春刮到冬。风吹石头跑,氧气吃不饱。”这是当地老百姓形容祖国最西端边陲乌恰县的顺口溜,重提这段顺口溜的是大连市第二批援疆领队、现任旅顺口区委常委、组织部长彭建伟。从2008年7月到2010年11月,每位大连第二批援疆干部在乌恰县都留下了一段难忘的经历和感人的故事。彭建伟说,在那里不仅检验了自己性格的强度和承受力,而且提升了精神的高度和境界。如今乌恰县依然刮风,但你不会见到大风肆虐后的狼藉,老百姓的生活水平也有了长足的提高。当地戈壁滩的农牧民不会说汉语,不过每当碰到大连市援疆干部,他们总会从嘴中喊出“大连”二字。
