近日,绿地集团海外“首秀”、首个华人海外“生命家园”——绿地汉拿山小镇在北京举办了新闻发布会。该项目位于韩国济州岛,占据汉拿山半山观海的绝佳位置,俯瞰西归浦市,是韩国政府为推动济州岛发展而规划的6大国家项目之一,由两大世界500强一绿地集团和韩华集团联手打造。项目结合济州天然纯净的岛屿风光,引入国际顶级医疗设备、医疗技术和科学健康的生命养护体系,颠覆了中国传统的度假养生模式,旨在打造一个全面、健康的岛上“生命家园”。作为中韩房地产行业的首次合作,项目用地约60公顷,规划建设观光休养设施、医疗服务设施、商业购物中心、娱乐设施、旅游度假酒店及住宅等六大核心项目。
Recently, the Greenland Group overseas “first show ”, the first Chinese overseas “life home ” - Greenland Hannabal town held a press conference in Beijing. Located in Jeju Island, South Korea, the project occupies a prime spot in Halong View Sea and overlooks Seogwipo. It is one of the 6 major national projects planned by the Korean government to promote the development of Jeju Island. It consists of two world top 500 and one Greenland Group And Hanwha Group to create together. The project, combined with the natural and pure island scenery of Jeju, introduces the world’s top medical equipment, medical technology and scientific and healthy life maintenance system to subvert the traditional health preserving mode in China and aim at creating a comprehensive and healthy island “home of life” . As the first cooperation between China and South Korea in the real estate industry, the project covers an area of about 60 hectares and plans to build six core projects of sightseeing and rest facilities, medical service facilities, commercial shopping centers, entertainment facilities, tourist resorts and residences.
