安全是天字号工程,排查好每一处安全隐患是责任更是义务。2014年初,采油三厂成立两级冬季安全生产大检查领导小组,利用班前会、生产碰头会,分片区、分层面部署落实活动计划。引导员工从岗位做起,从身边做起,认真剖析身边事故案例,做安全生产的带头人。同时,以“抓执行,重落实,强素质,促管理”为落脚点,通过反违章禁令学习、培训、签名、承诺和备案活动,抓好现有各项规章制度的贯彻执行,提升各层面员工工作的内动力和执行力。同时,将冬季安全生产大检查活动与基础工作拉网式检查、岗位自查自纠活动结合起来,把事故隐患整改和事故预防工作作
