目的分析光固化树脂修复前牙缺损的临床疗效。方法 86例(140颗缺损牙)前牙缺损患者随机分为观察组与对照组,各43例(70颗),观察组给予光固化树脂修复,对照组给予自凝塑料进行修复,分析两组临床修复效果。结果观察组修复成功率为92.9%,对照组修复成功率为64.3%,观察组修复成功率显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);且对所有患者随访1年,观察组1年后临床满意率为91.4%,对照组临床满意率为57.1%,观察组临床满意率明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论现阶段,光敏树脂是修复前牙缺损的一种理想材料,值得在临床上推广。 Objective To analyze the clinical efficacy of photocurable resin in repairing anterior teeth defects.
