为探讨宫内病毒与弓形体感染对围产新生儿致畸及生长发育的影响,本文应用PCR 技术对54 例活产畸形围产生儿进行了腺病毒(adrenovirus,Adv)、副流感病毒(parainfuluenzavirus,Piv)、柯萨奇病毒(coxackievirus,Coxv)、巨细胞病毒(cytomegalovirus,Cmv) 、微小病毒B19(parvovirus B19 ,PvB19) 、及弓形体(Toxoplasma,Toxo) 等抗原DNA 检测。结果表明,中枢神经及心血管畸形抗原DNA阳性率为60.87% ,其它畸形抗原DNA阳性率为25 .81 % ,两组P< 0.05。生后一个月时抗原DNA阳性者生长发育落后率为68 .18 % ,6 个月时抗原DNA 阳性率为70 .00 % ,二组生后1 个月、6 个月抗原DNA 阳性组比较,P<0.01。建议孕母感染病毒时,应进行监控,必要时终止妊娠。
In order to investigate the effects of intrauterine virus and toxoplasmosis on the teratogenicity and growth of newborn infants, 54 cases of live-born deformity were diagnosed as adrenovirus (Adv), parainfluenza virus , Piv), Coxv, Cytomegalovirus (Cmv), parvovirus B19 (PvB19) and Toxoplasma antigen. The results showed that the positive rate of central nervous and cardiovascular malformation antigen DNA was 60.87%, other deformity antigen DNA positive rate of 25. 81%, two groups P <0.05. Antigen DNA positive one month after birth, the growth and development of the backward rate of 68. 18%, 6 months antigen DNA positive rate of 70. 00%, one month after birth, two groups after 6 months antigen DNA positive group, P <0.01. Proposals pregnant mothers infected with the virus should be monitored, if necessary, terminate the pregnancy.
