发展中国家引进技术时怎么少交点“学费”?联合国工业发展组织曾经编写了《发展中国家技术引进指南》。本文将其中有关内容,结合我国实际,以确定对象、价格、协定期限、技术改进、保密、专利、搭卖、培训、法律仲裁等九个方面提出了关注点。 技术和一般商品一样,它的价格是可以计算的,技术是有价的。但技术又和一般商品不同,计算技术的价格有相当大的难度,难以算得很清楚。
