一、问题的提出《基础课程标准》中提出,新课程的教学要落实三维教学目标,即知识技能、过程与方法、情感态度与价值观,重点培养创新型人才。过去的9年中,新课程实验已经在全国顺利推广,但新课程实施过程中存在很多问题。由于高考“指挥棒”没有发生质的改变,高考录取还是以分为本,导致高中英语教师在英语课堂中的教学方式没有发生根本的改变,学生还是成了被灌输高考知识和考试技巧的“接受器”。学生连基本的中外人文知识都不通晓,这与新课程改革最根本的宗旨相违背。
