当今世界迅速发展的高科技主要指微电子技术、激光技术、光纤通讯技术、生物技术、新材料技术、新能源技术、海洋技术和空间技术。尤其是激光、计算机、核技术、生物技术、空间技术、新材料技术以及新兴起的超导技术。这些方面我国已有了一定的基础,某些项目还占据领先地位。这为我国发展高技术产业奠定了一定的技术条件、工业条件和资源条件。从发展国民经济的角度看,高技术产业带有极大的风险性。高技术产业战略决策上的成败,不仅关系到高技术产业本身的成长发展,也关系到整个国民经济的增长和发展。因而,高技术产业的战略地位必须予以明确并做出确切的回答。
The rapid development of high technology in today's world mainly refers to microelectronic technology, laser technology, optical fiber communication technology, biotechnology, new material technology, new energy technology, marine technology and space technology. Especially laser, computer, nuclear technology, biotechnology, space technology, new material technology and emerging superconducting technology. Some aspects of our country have a certain basis, some of the projects also occupy a leading position. This laid a certain technical, industrial and resource conditions for the development of China's high-tech industry. From the perspective of developing the national economy, high-tech industries have great risks. The success or failure of strategic decision-making in high-tech industries not only concerns the growth and development of the high-tech industry itself, but also the growth and development of the entire national economy. Therefore, the strategic position of high-tech industries must be clearly defined and answered in the right way.
