一辆北京切诺基汽车,将点火开关置于起动档时起动机不转。打开车灯,灯光亮度也无变化。 根据现象,分析故障原因可能是①起动机内部导线断路;②起动机电磁开关损坏;③起动继电器有故障,不能将起动线路导通;④点火开关损坏;⑤点火开关至起动继电器的线路有断路。 检修时,先用一根较粗导线一端接起动机火线接柱,另一端接电磁开关接柱,此时起动机电磁开关动作且起动机转动有力,这说明起动机及电磁开关正常。再将点火开关置于起动档,用万用表测量起动继电器开关接柱电压,为12.8V,说明点火开关及点火开关到起动继电器的线路正常。最后检查起动继电器,发现其不能将起动线路导通。更换起动继电器后,故障排除。■
