外经贸部部长石广生在去年12月22日召开的全国外经贸工作会议上提出,我国外经贸工作今年要突出抓好扩大开放、以质取胜、体制改革和市场开拓,从总体上提高对外经济贸易的国际竞争能力,促进国民经济持续快速健康发展。 石广生认为,世界经济贸易正在发生积极的变化,我国国民经济继续保持快速增长。总体上看,今年外经贸发展面临的国内外形势有可能会好于去年。 他指出今年我国外经贸工作要重点做好以下几项工作:
