作者应用复方羟基磷灰石修补乳磨牙髓底穿孔72例。跟踪随访一年以上。术后一年总有效率为70%,失败为30%。结果表明,乳磨牙髓底穿孔应尽力修补,且有效率较高。本文所用复方羟基磷灰石具有优良的生物学性能,是可供选择的、较为理想的髓底修补材料。经分析认为,穿孔的原因、位置和大小,修补的材料和方法,以及患牙的病理状态都是影响修补成功的因素
The authors apply compound hydroxyapatite to repair 72 cases of primary perforation of breast pulp. Follow-up more than one year. One year after the total effective rate was 70%, the failure was 30%. The results show that the primary perforation of the molar should be tried to repair, and more efficient. The compound hydroxyapatite used in this paper has excellent biological properties, is an alternative, the ideal material for the repair of the pulp floor. After analysis, the reasons for the perforation, location and size, materials and methods of repair, as well as the pathological state of the affected teeth are the factors that affect the success of repair
