目的 观察常见肿瘤患者的血清 GPDA活性变化 ,并探讨 GPDA在肿瘤诊断中的应用价值。方法 常规条件下 ,用速率法检测 13种肿瘤共 1314例患者的血清 GPDA活性 ,并分别与 12 2例健康人的血清 GPDA活性进行比较。结果 肝癌患者血清 GPDA活性增高 ;胃癌、肺癌、肠癌、宫颈癌、食管癌、淋巴瘤、鼻咽癌、乳腺癌、卵巢癌等患者的血清 GPDA活性呈不同程度下降 ;甲状腺癌、甲状腺瘤、子宫肌瘤患者该酶活性与正常对照组比较无统计学意义。结论 血清 GPDA测定可作为肝癌、胃癌、肺癌、肠癌的辅助诊断指标
Objective To observe the changes of serum GPDA activity in patients with common tumors and to explore the value of GPDA in the diagnosis of tumors. Methods Serum GPDA activity of 1314 patients with 13 tumors was detected by the rate method under normal conditions and compared with that of 122 healthy subjects respectively. Results Serum GPDA activity was increased in patients with hepatocellular carcinoma; serum GPDA activity in patients with gastric cancer, lung cancer, colon cancer, cervical cancer, esophageal cancer, lymphoma, nasopharyngeal cancer, breast cancer and ovarian cancer decreased to varying degrees; thyroid cancer, thyroid cancer, Uterine fibroids patients with the enzyme activity compared with the normal control group was not statistically significant. Conclusion Serum GPDA can be used as a diagnostic indicator of liver cancer, gastric cancer, lung cancer and colorectal cancer
