书籍是人类进步的阶梯,对社会的发展和人们自身修养都有着极大的影响。随着师生对于图书馆的依赖日益增加,图书馆服务的设备和制度需要进行大幅度的改革和创新,才能适应数据时代,才能够利用新时代所带来的便利来发展自身、提升服务品质。图书馆积极引进6S管理方法,可以收集自助设备利用情况、学科馆员服务情况、借阅数据、入馆数据,利用这些数据研究出图书馆的服务系统,以此来达到提升图书馆服务质量的目的。
Books are the ladder of human progress and have great influence on the development of society and people’s self-cultivation. As teachers and students rely more and more on libraries, the equipment and system of library services need to be drastically reformed and innovated in order to adapt to the data age, so that they can use the convenience brought by the new era to develop themselves and improve their service quality . Library actively introduce 6S management methods, you can collect the use of self-service equipment, subject librarian services, borrowing data, admission data, the use of these data to study the library’s service system, in order to achieve the purpose of improving the quality of library services .
