在聚乙烯醇存在下,银与2,4-二甲氧基苯基荧光酮(DMPF)及邻菲口罗啉形成离子缔合型异配位体配合物使DMPF的荧光熄灭。在pH为6.5~8.0的醋酸-醋酸铵或氨水-醋酸铵介质中,λex=400nm,λem=550nm,体系的相对荧光强度最大,线性范围为:0~600μg/L,检出限为0.011μg/mL。方法已用于阳极泥中银的测定,结果满意。
In the presence of polyvinyl alcohol, silver forms an ion-association heteroleptic complex with 2,4-dimethoxyphenylfluorone (DMPF) and o-phenanthroline to quench the fluorescence of DMPF. The relative fluorescence intensity of the system was the highest at λex = 400nm and λem = 550nm in acetic acid-ammonium acetate or ammonium acetate-ammonium acetate solution with the pH of 6.5 ~ 8.0. The linear range was from 0 to 600μg / L, Limit is 0.011 μg / mL. The method has been applied to the determination of silver in anode mud with satisfactory results.
