2016年夏,长江中下游地区洪涝灾害频发,多地水位达历史最高,不少江段、湖泊及水库出现险情,部分堤坝发生溃口。我部作为国家级专业应急力量,抽调2000余名官兵从7月初至8月中旬转战湖北麻城、新洲、江夏、武汉、武穴、黄梅、天门、应城及汉川等地区进行抗洪救灾:封堵溃口及管涌、加固堤坝,装填搬运沙袋680余万条,搜救转移群众8万余人。因各项准备充分,处置得当,卫勤力量运用合理,官兵健康状况良好,未发生1例卫生减员,确保
