目前认为哺乳类动物的醛缩酶(ALD)有三种同功酶,即肌型(A型)、肝型(B型)和脑型(C型)。 ALD既催化1,6-二磷酸果糖(FDP)的分解,又催化1-磷酸果糖(FIP)的分解,并且对于这两种底物的活性是各不相同的。以免为例,FDP-ALD活性与FIP-ALD活性之比(以下称FDP/FIP),肌型约为60,肝型约为1,脑型约为10。由于各种同功酶在各脏器的分布大致保持恒定,因此,每个脏器各有其一定的FDP/FIP比值。作者曾观察了各种疾病时ALD的变化,发现FDP/FIP比值增高对于癌的辅助诊断是很有帮助的。
At present, there are three isozymes in mammalian aldolase (ALD), namely muscle type (A type), liver type (B type) and brain type (C type). ALD catalyzes both the decomposition of fructose 1,6-diphosphate (FDP) and the decomposition of 1 -phosphate (FIP), and the activity of these two substrates varies. To avoid, for example, FDP-ALD activity and FIP-ALD activity ratio (hereinafter referred to as FDP / FIP), muscle type is about 60, liver type is about 1, brain type is about 10. As a result of the distribution of various isozymes in various organs roughly constant, therefore, each organ has its own certain FDP / FIP ratio. The authors have observed the ALD changes in various diseases and found that increased FDP / FIP ratio is helpful for the diagnosis of cancer.
