以秦岭终南山特长公路隧道为依托,进行2条隧道带3条横通道和2条竖井的火灾模型试验,由于测点数量多,要求数据采集速度快,准确性高,传统的人工采集方法难以胜任。综合分析了CAN数据采集系统特点,根据测试参量选择测试仪器,并介绍了数据采集系统的安装调试及数据处理。最终确定试验采用有效支持分布式实时控制的串行通信网络-CAN现场总线系统,进行现场实时数据采集和数据分析整理。
Due to the large number of measuring points, it requires fast data collection and high accuracy because of the two tunnels with 3 cross-passages and 2 shafts relying on the Zhongnanshan-Zhongnang Highway Tunnel in Qinling Mountains. The traditional manual acquisition method is difficult competent. The characteristics of CAN data acquisition system are analyzed comprehensively, the test instruments are selected according to the test parameters, and the installation, debugging and data processing of the data acquisition system are introduced. The final test to determine the use of effective support for distributed real-time control of the serial communication network-CAN field bus system for real-time data collection and data analysis on-site finishing.
