记录和追踪你的每一点进步将会引领你取得更大的收获。在成长的过程中爸爸对我说过多少次,“把它写下来!”又有多少次我问过自己相同的问题?两者的答案是:太多了。把一些事情写下来,已被证明是一种非常有效的留住记忆的好方法。它也是通往过去和塑造你未来的关键——而我的主要意思是塑造你的未来。知道自己要去向何方,它能帮你知道你从哪儿来。不计你究竟摄入了多少鱼油或某些其他营养,就不能勉强去奢望你记住你的上次或再以前训练的每一组、每一次、每一米以及它们之间的细微差别。
Recording and tracking every bit of your progress will lead you to a greater achievement. How many times did my father say to me in the process of growing up, “Write it down!” How many times have I asked myself the same question? The answer to both is: Too Much. Writing down a few things has proven to be a very effective way to keep your memories. It’s also the key to getting past and shaping your future - and my main idea is shaping your future. Know where you are going, it can help you to know where you are from. Regardless of how much fish oil or some other nutrients you actually ingest, you can not barely expect you to remember the nuances of each of your last or further training, every time, every meter, and between them.
