目的:探讨交变脉冲强磁场对肿瘤组织杀伤作用的机理。方法:应用交变脉冲强磁场对30只接种Louis肺癌的昆明小鼠作杀伤实验研究,对实验组与对照组荷瘤鼠抑瘤率和抑瘤曲线进行检测。结果:两组肿瘤生长曲线存在明显差异,P<0.05。两组肿瘤生长体积和肿瘤重量均存在明显差异,P<0.01。肿瘤体积抑制率为52.94%,肿瘤重量抑制率为37.24%。结论:证实交变脉冲强磁场对肿瘤组织细胞具有选择性杀伤作用和抑制肿瘤生长作用,提示脉冲强磁场可能成为治疗癌症的一个新的物理疗法。
Objective: To investigate the mechanism of the killing effect of high magnetic field of alternating pulse on tumor tissue. METHODS: Thirty Kunming mice inoculated with Lewis lung cancer were studied by using an alternating pulsed magnetic field, and the tumor inhibition rate and tumor inhibition curve of the tumor-bearing mice in the experimental group and the control group were examined. Results: There was a significant difference in growth curve between the two groups, P<0.05. There was a significant difference in tumor growth volume and tumor weight between the two groups, P<0.01. The tumor volume inhibition rate was 52.94%, and the tumor weight inhibition rate was 37.24%. Conclusion: It was confirmed that the alternating pulsed magnetic field had a selective killing effect on tumor cells and inhibited tumor growth, suggesting that the pulsed strong magnetic field may become a new physical therapy for cancer treatment.
