目的了解新平县疟疾流行强度,评价防治效果。方法采用间接荧光抗体试验(IFAT)、居民带虫镜检、疟疾相关知识问卷调查。结果共检测1810例,查出≥1∶20抗体阳性272例,抗体阳性率为15.03%,阳性GMRT为24.15;血检查出间日疟1例,原虫阳性率为0.06%;居民疟疾知晓率为74.48%,蚊帐使用率为97.02%。3个高疟乡(镇)抗体阳性率分别为20.07%、14.12%和10.83%;阳性GMRT分别为25.82、23.35和22.23。结论疟疾流行已得到有效控制,但传播尚未阻断,在今后的疾病防治工作中,疟疾仍然是新平县重点控制的传染病之一。
Objective To understand the intensity of malaria in Xinping County and evaluate its control effect. Methods The indirect fluorescent antibody test (IFAT), resident mosquitoes and malaria-related knowledge questionnaire were used. Results A total of 1810 cases were detected, of which 272 cases were positive for ≥1:20 antibody. The positive rate of antibody was 15.03%, the positive GMRT was 24.15. One case of Plasmodium vivax was found by blood test and the positive rate of protozoa was 0.06%. The awareness rate of resident malaria was 74.48%, mosquito net utilization rate was 97.02%. The positive rates of three antibodies against malaria were 20.07%, 14.12% and 10.83% respectively, and the positive GMRTs were 25.82, 23.35 and 22.23, respectively. Conclusion The prevalence of malaria has been effectively controlled but its transmission has not been interrupted. In the future disease prevention and control, malaria is still one of the key infectious diseases controlled by Xinping County.
