在检务督察制度推行历经将近五年后的今天,检务督察理论呈现出了多样化和个体化的特点,面对如此众多又各有千秋的先进典型,我们要吸收各种合理的意见,借鉴各种先进的成果,不断完善和发展检务督察制度。笔者在学习、参考这些先进单位经验的同时,结合本院开展的检务督察工作提出了相关见解。
In the past five years after the implementation of the system of procuratorial inspector, the theory of procuratorial inspectors has shown the characteristics of diversification and individualization. In the face of so many advanced models with many advantages and disadvantages, we must absorb all reasonable opinions and learn from each Kind of advanced achievements, and constantly improve and develop the procuratorial inspection system. The author in learning, with reference to the experience of these advanced units at the same time, combined with the work of the hospital’s inspection inspectors raised relevant opinions.
