对市场上的胶合板和定向板在长度和宽度方向上的自由吸湿膨胀系数和限制平面内吸湿膨胀后的弹性恢复进行了测试。经过预处理后的试件暴露在室温和高湿度条件下,测定含水率和尺寸的变化,计算出平面内的吸湿膨胀系数(α)和其中的弹性恢复部分(α')。试验结果可用来评价结构用人造板在相对湿度变化条件下的尺寸稳定性。本报告还详细叙述了试验程序和测量技术。试验结果与文献资料的记载有可比性。
The free moisture expansion coefficient in the length and width direction of the plywood and oriented board on the market and the elastic recovery after limiting moisture absorption in the plane were tested. The pretreated specimens were exposed to room temperature and high humidity conditions. The changes in moisture content and size were measured and the coefficient of hygroscopic expansion (α) and the elastic recovery (α′) were calculated. The test results can be used to evaluate the dimensional stability of structural wood-based panels under varying relative humidity conditions. This report also details the test procedures and measurement techniques. The results of the test are comparable to those of the literature.
