生命最重要的标志和体现是运动,运动的终止就是生命的终结。因此“生命在于运动”成为世界的至理名言。但运动方式合理,强度适宜,且循序渐进,持之以恒,才有益于健康。本文从医学生理学的角度,对老年人运动中那些常见的、看上去似乎是“正确”的错误观点,作一讨论。
The most important symbol and manifestation of life is movement, the termination of movement is the end of life. Therefore “life is movement ” became the world’s best name. However, exercise is reasonable, appropriate strength, and step by step, perseverance, it is beneficial to health. From a medical physiology point of view, this article discusses some of the common erroneous views that seem to be “correct ” in the exercise of the elderly.
