以A286高温合金抽芯铆钉的钉套局部区域感应加热为研究对象,建立感应加热过程中电磁-热数学模型,运用有限元法分析电磁-热耦合问题,重点讨论频率、电流等工艺参数对钉套退火区域的温度、宽度的影响。并利用设计的A286高温合金钉套局部感应加热装置进行退火工艺及抽芯铆钉的铆接测试试验,结果表明理论分析结论对实际退火工艺具有重要指导意义。
Taking the induction heating in the local area of nail sleeve of A286 superalloy core-pulling rivet as the research object, the electromagnetic-thermal mathematical model in the process of induction heating was established, and the electromagnetic-thermal coupling problem was analyzed by using the finite element method. The process parameters such as frequency and current, Set of annealing zone temperature, width of the impact. A286 superalloy partial sheath induction heating device was used to carry out the annealing process and riveting test of blind rivet. The results show that the theoretical analysis conclusion is of great guiding significance for the actual annealing process.
