物质的分离富集是分析化学的重要组成部分。近年来,各种环保、生物、高纯材料、矿物、地质等试样中痕量元素的测定引人注目。为使测定结果准确可靠,分析工作者十分注重开发高效分离富集技术,谋求分析方法的简易和快速。日刊“(?)”1984年第10期“当前的分离、分取技术”一文从原理到实际应用较详细地介绍了当前所采用的各种分离富集技术,包括高性能色谱柱、填充剂、高分子膜、液体膜、螯合树脂、吸附体、起泡分离、溶剂萃取等,这些分离富集方法都有它们的独到之处,对于测定痕量元素无疑具有现实意义。现将该文第一部分“分离和分取”、第二部分“分离、分取方法的最新动向”译成中文,供广大分析工作者参考,第三部分为应用实例,此处从略。
