本文通过对金相和断口的分析,提出了国产507焊条低温冲击韧性偏低和不稳定的主要原因。研究了焊缝金属成分、组织与韧性的关系。在此基础上所研制的CHJ507GR高韧性焊条的低温韧性值较高且稳定,脆性转变温度为-40℃以下。
Based on the analysis of the metallographic and fracture surfaces, the main reasons for the low and low impact toughness of domestic 507 electrode are proposed. The relationship between weld metal composition, microstructure and toughness was studied. Based on this, the CHJ507GR high toughness electrode developed has high and stable low temperature toughness, and the brittle transition temperature is below -40 ℃.
