构建和谐社会的核心是以人为本。而以人为本的理论,须通过社会实践加以体现,以人为本的理论是科学发展观的核心。只有明确了这些理论的辩证关系,才能真正理解以人为本是构建和谐社会的核心的真正含义。
The core of building a harmonious society is people-oriented. The people-oriented theory must be reflected through social practice. The people-centered theory is the core of the scientific concept of development. Only by clearly defining the dialectical relations between these theories can we truly understand that people-oriented mean the true meaning of building a harmonious society.
