随着医学模式的转变,中西医结合医学凸显出越来越重要的地位,而且将是未来医学发展的必然。中西医结合专科医院的建设对加速医学进步、提高临床医疗服务水平具有重要作用。在建设过程中既需要秉承发挥中西医结合的特色优势,又需要牢牢把握住“专”的特征。文章从上海市光华中西医结合医院这家中西医结合专科医院发展、提升的管理思考和体会入手,为中西医结合专科医院的建设管理提出了一些建议和宝贵经验。
With the change of medical model, integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine has become more and more important, and will be the inevitable future of medical development. The construction of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine hospitals plays an important role in accelerating medical progress and improving the level of clinical medical service. In the process of construction, we not only need to give full play to the characteristics and advantages of integrating traditional Chinese and western medicine, but also need to firmly grasp the characteristics of “special”. This article starts from the management thinking and experience of Shanghai Guanghua Integrative Medicine Hospital, an integrated Chinese and western medicine hospital, and puts forward some suggestions and valuable experiences for the construction and management of the Integrative Medicine Hospital.
