为探讨基质金属蛋白酶组织抑制因子-1(TIMP-1)在肝纤维化发生发展过程中的表达及动态变化,用皮下注射四氯化碳方法复制大鼠化学性肝纤维化模型.用免疫组织化学方法在4、8、12周分别检测肝组织中TIMP-1的表达。结果表明,随造模时间延长,肝纤维化面积逐渐增加,TIMP-1表达量进行性升高,明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:TIMP-1参与了肝纤维化的进展,可能起促进作用。
To investigate the expression and dynamic changes of tissue inhibitor of metalloproteinase-1 (TIMP-1) in the pathogenesis of hepatic fibrosis, a rat model of chemical liver fibrosis was subcutaneously injected with carbon tetrachloride The chemical method was used to detect the expression of TIMP-1 in liver tissues at 4, 8 and 12 weeks. The results showed that the area of liver fibrosis gradually increased and the expression of TIMP-1 increased progressively, which was significantly higher than that of the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion: TIMP-1 is involved in the progression of hepatic fibrosis and may play a promoting role.
