小学教育中师资队伍建设是关系我国基础教育成败的重要环节。分析我国基础教育阶段小学教师队伍情况,提出加强小学教师队伍建设的主要思路,包括:思想政治为先导,注重师德师风建设;加强教师业务知识的培训,鼓励教师进行继续教育;加大教师引进力度,多措并举充实基础教育;奖惩分明,完善绩效考核机制等几方面。旨在提出加强小学教师队伍建设的思路,为提高基础教育水平提供理论和实践基础。
The construction of teacher ranks in primary education is an important link that has a bearing on the success or failure of basic education in our country. This paper analyzes the situation of primary school teachers in basic education stage in our country, puts forward the main ideas to strengthen the construction of primary school teachers, including: ideological and political leadership, pay attention to the construction of teachers ’morality; strengthen the training of teachers’ business knowledge, encourage teachers to continue education; The introduction of efforts, Duocuobingju enrichment of basic education; rewards and punishments, improve performance appraisal mechanism and several other aspects.
