安徽省政府农业形势分析会议认为加快农业发展步伐水利建设是不可忽视的重点

安徽省人民政府最近召开全省农业形势分析会议,讨论和研究了加快安徽农村经济发展的具体措施,把水利建设列为今后必须抓好的三大重点之一。会议回顾和分析安徽农业发展的情况,认为抗御自然灾害的能力薄弱是目前影响安徽农业发展速度的主要问题之一。建国三十五年来,安徽的水利建设虽然取得一定的成绩,具有一定的基础,对农业发展起了一定的作用,但由于‘左’的错误的干扰,基础还是比较薄弱的,抗御不了较大的自然灾害。据统计,建国三十五年来,就有二十五年受灾(其中十九年水灾,六年旱灾)。最近几年,不少地方连年受灾,严重地影响了农村经济的发展。会议认为加快安徽农村经济发展的步伐,必须抓好三个重点;一、把农村改革引向深入;二、加快乡镇企业的发展速度;三、狠抓水利建设。增强抗御自然灾害的能力。 Anhui Provincial People’s Government recently held a meeting on agricultural situation in the province to discuss and study specific measures for accelerating rural economic development in Anhui Province. It has listed water conservancy as one of the three major priorities that must be met in the future. The meeting reviewed and analyzed the situation of agricultural development in Anhui and concluded that the weak ability to resist natural disasters is currently one of the major problems affecting the rate of agricultural development in Anhui. Although thirty-five years after the founding of New China, water conservancy construction in Anhui Province has achieved certain achievements, has a certain foundation and played a certain role in the development of agriculture. However, due to the wrong interference of the ’leftist’, the foundation is still rather weak, Natural disasters. According to statistics, in the 35 years since the founding of the People’s Republic, there have been 25 years of disaster (19 floods in the past and 6 years of drought). In recent years, many places have been affected year after year, seriously affecting the development of rural economy. At the meeting, three steps should be taken to speed up the economic development in Anhui’s rural areas: first, deepen rural reforms; second, speed up the development of township enterprises; and third, pay close attention to water conservancy construction. Strengthen the ability to resist natural disasters.
