对25例住院治疗的缺血性胸痛死亡的患者作详细尸解,以评价连续的心电图检查对急性心肌梗塞的诊断价值。尸解证实的17例心肌梗塞,入院时只有4例(24%)从心电图获得诊断.在连续2—5天的心电图检查中,阳性诊断增加到7例.但5例内膜下心肌梗塞,除了1例报告为可能心肌损伤外,皆不能从心电图上作出正确诊断。25例中心电图诊断正确的共11例(7例真阳性和4例真阴
A detailed autopsy was performed on 25 hospitalized patients who died of ischemic chest pain to evaluate the diagnostic value of continuous ECG for acute myocardial infarction. Seventeen patients with myocardial infarction were confirmed by autopsy and only 4 (24%) admitted to the hospital had a diagnosis from the electrocardiogram. In 2-5 consecutive days of electrocardiographic examination, the positive diagnosis increased to 7, but 5 patients with subintimal myocardial infarction, Except one case was reported as possible myocardial injury, can not make the correct diagnosis from the ECG. Eleven patients were correctly diagnosed in 25 cases (7 true positives and 4 true yin)
