对某核电工程主泵蒸发器支承件所使用的新型锰-钼-钒系合金钢ZG12MnMoV铸钢材料进行研究。模拟了该钢凝固和冷却过程的淬火组织和热物理力学性能,得到了合金从液态到室温整个温度区间部分的力学性能和热物理性能参数随温度变化的曲线和确定值,以及ZG12MnMoV钢冷却过程的CCT曲线、TTA曲线、TTT曲线和Jominy淬透性曲线,可为ZG12MnMoV合金钢铸件的热处理工艺制订和铸件模拟分析提供必要的数据支持。
A new manganese-molybdenum-vanadium alloy steel ZG12MnMoV cast steel used in the support of the main pump evaporator of a nuclear power project was studied. The quenching microstructure and thermo-mechanical properties of the steel during solidification and cooling process were simulated. The curves of the mechanical properties and thermophysical properties of the alloy from the liquid temperature to the whole temperature range were obtained and the values of the parameters were determined and the cooling process of ZG12MnMoV steel CCT curve, TTA curve, TTT curve and Jominy hardenability curve can provide the necessary data support for heat treatment process and casting simulation analysis of ZG12MnMoV alloy steel castings.
