据武汉医学院第一附属医院和上海医药工业研究所报道,八厘麻毒素是从八厘麻的果实中提纯得有效成分——八厘麻毒素结晶,制成针剂。经动物试验和临床应用均证实有降血压和减慢心率的作用。现将我们用八厘麻毒素对105例重症高血压(包括妊娠高血压10例)治疗结果报道如下。
According to the First Affiliated Hospital of Wuhan Medical College and the Shanghai Institute of Pharmaceutical Industry reported that eight cents toxin is the fruit from eight cents to purify the active ingredient - eight cents toxin crystallization, made of injection. Animal experiments and clinical applications have confirmed the role of blood pressure and heart rate. Now we use eight centres to 105 cases of severe hypertension (including 10 cases of pregnancy-induced hypertension) treatment results are reported below.
