韩国中小企业振业工团今年9月在对韩国在华投资企业进行了调查后,发表了一份报告。认为投资中国的韩国企业困惑于六大难处: 1.最大的困难是信息不足。企业在决定新的投资时,需要获得有关法律法规、投资条件、行业发展状况、原材料供应来源、税种税率等信息。但是中国政府所能提供的不足所需信息量的6%,其余94%都是一般人很难接触到的内部资料。 2.政策的不合理变更。最典型的例子是今年实行的增值税。此外,外资企业业务用车等进口减免税的取消、外方人员自用品免税制的取消等,也给企业带来很大的困难。中国管理制度的不完善和管理
The South Korean Small and Medium Enterprises Industry Development Corps issued a report in September after investigating Korean companies investing in China.
