目的探讨赣榆县胃癌有关危险因素及保护因素。方法对新发胃癌病例及其健康对照者开展相关因素调查,应用非条件Logistic回归对相关危险和保护因素进行分析。结果胃癌的主要危险因素为住地有污染(OR=1.97),进食咸(OR=1.45)、进食热烫(OR=1.82)、吃饭不按时(OR=1.28),无遮盖存粮(OR=1.29)、粮食有霉变可能(OR=1.45),经常吸烟(OR=1.28)、吸烟部位深(OR=1.34)、家庭成员吸烟(OR=1.35)、工作场所被动吸烟(OR=1.54),经常饮酒(OR=1.14),饮烫茶(OR=1.72),性格抑郁(OR=1.67),有癌症家族史(OR=1.96);主要保护因素为经常生吃大蒜(OR=0.85)、清晨饮茶(OR=0.67)。结论本次研究所发现的有关结果可以为赣榆县胃癌的防治工作提供参考。
Objective To investigate the risk factors and protective factors of gastric cancer in Ganyu County. Methods To investigate the related factors of newly diagnosed cases of gastric cancer and their healthy controls and to analyze the related risks and protective factors by using unconditional Logistic regression. Results The main risk factors for gastric cancer were contaminated dwellings (OR = 1.97), salty feeding (OR = 1.45), hot blanching (OR = 1.82) (OR = 1.28), family members smoking (OR = 1.35), passive smoking in the workplace (OR = 1.54), frequent alcohol consumption (OR = 1.14), drinking hot tea (OR = 1.72), depressed personality (OR = 1.67), having a family history of cancer (OR = 1.96). The main protective factors were regular eating of garlic (OR = 0.85) (OR = 0.67). Conclusion The findings of this study can provide reference for the prevention and treatment of gastric cancer in Ganyu County.
