目的:通过体外实验的方法验证口捷爽对细菌生长的抑制作用。方法:选用多种口腔常见细菌进行繁殖培养,用麦氏比浊管调节细菌液浓度,按照倍比稀释法,对口捷爽调节6个倍比浓度,另加一个原药液浓度阳性对照,一个菌液阴性对照,每个漱口液各8支试管,检测漱口液的最低抑菌浓度(MIC)和最低杀菌浓度(MBC)。结果:口捷爽对金葡菌、表葡菌、甲链、乙链的生长均有较强的抑制作用,MBC大都在1.25mg·mL-1左右,但对白色链球菌效果不明显。结论:口捷爽有较强的抑菌作用,但其抑菌杀灭作用并无选择性,长期应用可诱发微生态失衡,建议短期服用。
OBJECTIVE: To verify the inhibitory effect of oral Jieshu on bacterial growth by in vitro experiments. Methods: To select a variety of common oral bacteria for breeding, with Microblogging turbidimetric tube to adjust the concentration of bacteria, according to the ratio of dilution method, the mouth of Czech Republic cool to adjust 6 times the concentration, plus a concentration of the original positive control, a Bacteria negative control, each mouthwash each 8 test tubes, mouthwash minimum inhibitory concentration (MIC) and minimum bactericidal concentration (MBC). Results: Koukou Shuang had a strong inhibitory effect on the growth of Staphylococcus aureus, Staphylococcus epidermidis, A chain and B chain. MBC was mostly about 1.25 mg · mL-1, but its effect was not obvious to Streptococcus. Conclusions: Koujieshuang has a strong antibacterial effect, but its antibacterial and killing effect is not selective, long-term application can induce micro-ecological imbalance, it is recommended for short-term use.
