法律诊所教学方法不完全等同于案例式教学,更多的是法律技能、技巧、职业道德的培训,但是诊所在教学过程中,这些培训很多则是靠案例把它串联起来,教学案例是贯穿教学全过程的一根主线。怎样遴选较为适合的教学案例,成为困扰诊所教学,影响教学实际效果的一个较为突出问题。采取更为积极主动的姿态,找到案例中的一些带有共性或规律性的东西,站在一个更高的视野上去选取教学案例,希望能够成为我们诊所教师的一种教学趋向。
